Return & Warranty Policy – Roi Temps

Thank you for shopping with Roi Temps. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without providing any reason.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be returned within 14 days after delivery.

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Be returned in its original packaging where reasonably possible.

  • Include all accessories, manuals, and included items.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@roitemps.nl or via Instagram at @roitemps.nl before sending your item back.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable period of time.

Please note that original shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law or in the event of an incorrect or defective product.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns may be refused if:

  • The product has been used beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature and functionality.

  • The product has been damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.

  • The product is returned incomplete or missing parts not caused by Roi Temps.

Warranty

All Roi Temps watches come with a 12-month (1 year) limited warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults in materials or workmanship under normal use conditions.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper care, or unauthorized repairs.

  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, discoloration, or cosmetic damage.

  • Damage caused by water exposure beyond the watch's stated water resistance specifications.

  • Damage resulting from modifications or alterations to the product.

If you believe your watch has a manufacturing defect covered under warranty, please contact us at info@roitemps.nl with your order number and photos of the issue.
