All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours after payment has been received, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Delivery Times

Orders shipped within the Netherlands via PostNL are typically delivered within 1–2 business days after dispatch.

International Orders

Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on the destination country and local postal services.

Shipping Delays

Incorrect Shipping Information
